Semi-private coaching
The best parts of 1:1 coaching with the motivation of a small community
Limited to just three members per session, our Semi-Private Coaching combines the quality of one-to-one coaching with the motivation of training alongside others.
We don't believe everyone should move the same simply because they're in the same class. Each session follows a shared purpose, but every exercise is adapted to meet your current strength, mobility, confidence and experience—allowing everyone to train together while progressing at their own pace. Whether you're building strength, improving confidence or returning from injury, your training is designed for you.
Keeping our groups intentionally small means no one gets lost in the crowd. Every exercise is coached, every movement can be adapted and every session is guided by a coach who knows your journey. You'll understand not only what you're doing, but why you're doing it—because confidence comes from knowledge, not guesswork.
We also believe great training is about more than the exercises themselves. We carefully bring together people with similar attitudes, personalities and ambitions to create an environment where encouragement feels natural, progress is celebrated and training becomes something you genuinely enjoy.

Pre/postnatal exercise and nutrition
Pregnancy and recovery after birth place unique demands on your body. Your training should reflect that.
Led by a qualified Personal Trainer and former Midwife, our coaching blends evidence-based exercise with a genuine understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Sessions are delivered in the privacy of our studio, creating a calm, supportive environment where you can exercise with confidence, ask questions openly and progress at a pace that feels right for you.

Private Coaching (1:1)
For those who want expert coaching during every session.
Semi-Private Coaching (maximum of three participants)
Limited to just three members per session, our Semi-Private Coaching combines the quality of one-to-one coaching with the motivation of training alongside others.
Every session follows a structured purpose, with exercises adapted to your stage of pregnancy or recovery, your strength, mobility, symptoms and previous training experience. Rather than simply avoiding certain movements, we focus on helping you move well, build confidence and maintain or regain strength safely.
Whether your goal is to stay active throughout pregnancy, prepare your body for birth or rebuild strength after having your baby, you'll receive thoughtful coaching that evolves with you every step of the way.
Suitable for:
- Pregnancy (12–40 weeks)
- Postnatal recovery (from 6–12 weeks postpartum, following appropriate medical guidance)
Delivered from our private studio in Bierton, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire- where every session is centred around your wellbeing, your confidence and your journey.
Online coaching is not available for Pregnancy & Postnatal Coaching, allowing every session to be supervised in person and tailored to your individual needs.
Health & Wellbeing consultation
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what you want to achieve—it's knowing where to start.
This one-hour consultation is designed to give you clarity, not confusion. Together, we'll explore your current health, lifestyle, movement, nutrition and daily habits to identify what's helping, what's holding you back and where the greatest opportunities for change lie.
You'll leave with practical, realistic recommendations tailored to your circumstances, along with a clear action plan that you can begin implementing immediately. No unrealistic expectations, no overwhelming information and no pressure to sign up for ongoing coaching.
Whether your goal is to improve your health, lose body fat, build sustainable habits, increase energy, feel stronger or simply regain confidence in your body, this session provides expert guidance that's centred around you and your lifestyle.
Your consultation includes:

Block of coaching sessions
Sometimes life doesn't fit neatly into a monthly membership.
Whether you're preparing for an event, returning after time away, wanting extra support for a specific goal or simply prefer the flexibility of paying upfront, our Coaching Blocks allow you to invest in your progress on your terms.
Available as 10 or 20 one-hour sessions, each appointment delivers the same level of coaching, attention and care as every Jenkins Fitness member receives. No rushed sessions, no generic programmes—just purposeful coaching designed to help you move better, become stronger and build confidence that lasts.

What to expect...
Initial FREE consultation- no obligation
Your consultation with us is first and foremost for you to see whether we are the right fit for you. You're invited to the studio, where we can show you around, sit down with a drink (unfortunately not alcoholic!) and get to know each other. There is no obligation for this meet up- we'd just like the opportunity to see if we'd work well together. We'll discuss your health, fitness and nutritional goals/needs/wants and discuss where you are currently. We'll discuss past medical history that is relevant to any potential training/support that we can provide and talk through the next steps- if you'd like to work with us. You are leading the way at this consultation- for your progress and journey- you need to be sure whatever you choose works for you.
We'll offer free support that you could take away with you on the day, regardless of whether you work with us; from everyday nutritional tips, healthy habit building to movements that may benefit you. We are soley hear to help support those who seek it.
If you decide that you'd like to work with us, we'll book you in for your first session as soon as possible so we can keep momentum and motivation.
Your first session with Jenkins Fitness Ltd
For your very first session, we carry out a Health and Wellbeing consultation- usually around 30 minutes. This consulation will include measuring your body compositions (Muscle, Fat and Water %, along with your body measurements and general health and wellbeing questions. We record this all on a spreadsheet, which is shared with you as our baseline. Throughout your time with us, we check in every 4-6 weeks and review our journey to date. Some client's do not wish to have their compositions and measurements taken and that is absolutely okay! There is no pressure to do this, we can just discuss it.
For the second half of your 1st session, we carry out a movement assessment so we can ensure that everything we do from the start it tailored completely to your body and goals. The movement assessment sounds daunting- but I promise it's not. We coach a series of simple movements to assess your joints/muscles and mind/body connection- this allows us to ensure safety moving forward and to assess where we can load weight and where we need to work more on the foundations before adding any progressions. All of your sessions will be in our private studio, so the space is completely yours; no judgement, no crowds.

We begin...
Your next session with us will be an extention of your movement assessment, so trust me when I say- we won't then throw you into a beasting! We are here for you and we do not generalise our coaching. We build on what is required and ensure you are on the right path to achieving the goals you set out in our very first consultation, with more confidence then before.
