Meet the coaches
3 female coaches who have 1st hand experienced journey's of their own!

Hi, I'm Heather...
Lead coach.
Dog, tattoo and nature lover!
I’ve been a personal trainer for nearly 10 years, but my path here wasn’t just fitness.
I used to work as a midwife, and that shaped how I coach more than anything else.
Because I don’t just see training as exercise — I see it as life support for confidence, health, and identity. I’ve also lost 40kg myself, so I understand what it feels like when change feels overwhelming, messy, and deeply personal.
Now I specialise in:
- Guiding and supporting women through hormonal transitions (perimenopause, menopause + beyond)
- Strength training
- Weight loss/gain coaching
- Mobility and movement
- Pre & postnatal support
- Nutrition and behaviour change
But what matters most to me is simple: Helping people feel like themselves again.

Hi, I'm Libby...
Private coach.
Fueled by good coffee, inspired by great books, and happiest out in nature
"Hi, my name is Libby and I qualified as a Personal trainer over 8 years ago. I now am combining my professional knowledge with my own personal journey to help women build strength, confidence and healthier habits through movement. Alongside my PT qualification, I also hold certifications in Women’s Fitness and Counselling Skills Level 2, and I am currently expanding my knowledge through specialist menopause training.
Having personally experienced challenges with body image, disordered eating, ADHD and now perimenopause, I understand how closely physical and mental wellbeing are connected. My own journey has shaped a compassionate and supportive coaching style focused on creating sustainable habits rather than extremes. I am passionate about strength training, mobility and yoga, and also enjoy pole dancing, which has helped me build confidence and a stronger relationship with my body. I believe it is never too late to prioritise your health, and love helping clients feel stronger, more capable and empowered in everyday life."

Hi I'm Lizz...
Fitness instructor
Mum of 2, local estate agent, fitness lover and a believer that it's never too late to start again!
"I’m a British Masters 2024, 40+ Weightlifting Champion (& Former record holder), British Indoor Rowing Championship runner-up 2025, and an ex-county badminton player who represented three counties over a 20-year playing career. But my journey hasn’t been straightforward. After having children, rupturing my Achilles, and recovering from a burst appendix, I found myself at a size 20 and had to rebuild from the ground up. More recently, I’ve navigated anxiety, emotional eating, family loss, and job uncertainty. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to prioritise yourself amongst work, family, stress, and life’s challenges. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others build consistency, confidence, strength, and healthy habits that fit real life. Because feeling stronger—both physically and mentally—can make a huge difference to how we face each day.I’m a Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Level 2 Gym Instructor, qualified in Health & Nutrition, and currently completing my Level 3 Personal Training qualification. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me lifting heavy, reading a good book, baking tasty treats, or out with my Springer Spaniel.Let’s get stronger together."
