Hi, I'm Heather
Dog, tattoo and nature lover!
I am a level 3 personal trainer with nearly 10 years experience training men and women gain confidence, strength and a healthly relationship with themselves, food and exercise. As a former Midwife, I have specialised in Pre/postnatal exercise and nutriton. I hold an Advanced sports nutritional advisors certification, a Diploma in Biomechanics and have gained experience and certification in Advanced sports nutrition. I have first hand experience with my own weight loss of 44kg and regret nothing, apart from not starting sooner! I am very passionate about enhancing our mobility, flexibility and mindset. Our mind controls everything- so let's guide it in the right direction to match the lifestyle you want to be living.

Hi, my name is Libby and I qualified as a Personal trainer over 8 years ago. I now am combining my professional knowledge with my own personal journey to help women build strength, confidence and healthier habits through movement. Alongside my PT qualification, I also hold certifications in Women’s Fitness and Counselling Skills Level 2, and I am currently expanding my knowledge through specialist menopause training.
Having personally experienced challenges with body image, disordered eating, ADHD and now perimenopause, I understand how closely physical and mental wellbeing are connected. My own journey has shaped a compassionate and supportive coaching style focused on creating sustainable habits rather than extremes. I am passionate about strength training, mobility and yoga, and also enjoy pole dancing, which has helped me build confidence and a stronger relationship with my body. I believe it is never too late to prioritise your health, and love helping clients feel stronger, more capable and empowered in everyday life.

All private and semi private coaching is held in our private personal training studio in Bierton, Aylesbury, bucks, or online!
